  • Be responsible for the quality of service delivered in our restaurants* Manage a section (station) efficiently* Supervise and support Commis de Restauration (commis waiters)* Have an in-depth knowledge of the menu and dishes in order to answer guests' questions accurately* Master all presentation techniques, in particular by applying Forbes quality standards* Maintain excellent relationships with guests* Actively contribute to guest loyalty and satisfactionAs Chef de Rang, we expect from you:* You have a 2 years experience in a similar position within the upscale hospitality sector.* Your interpersonal skills, active listening, and enthusiasm are true assets for this role.* Fluency in English and French is required.Our commitment to you:* Learning & Development.
