Primary Purpose:Responsible for on-site leadership of campus custodial operations. Establish and follow routinecleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiencyof building operations and grounds.Qualifications:Special Knowledge/Skills:Ability to understand and execute detailed written or oral instructionsKnowledge of cleaning, maintenance, and safety proceduresAbility to perform minor repairsAbility to properly handle cleaning suppliesEffective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience:5 years experience in custodial services preferred
