What are your future missions?

As part of the development of Ipsilon, we are recruiting a Manager to supervise a team of Patent Engineers specialized in the fields ofBiology. The position is based in Paris.

As Manager, your missions are as follows:

• Manager, you supervise two Engineers from your team and you ensure the monitoring and reporting of your team's contribution to the activity of the Paris teams.
• Focused on professional development,you ensure the balance of the workload as well as the distribution of tasks between the Engineers, in order to promote the development and skills development of your employees.
• As a unifying force, you ensure that a high level of commitment is maintained among team members, by ensuring a stimulating and motivating work environment.
• Rigorous and methodical, you ensure compliance with the rules in place (procedures, absences, schedules, etc.), and supervise invoicing.
• As a business developer,you expand and diversify the firm's patent clientele and support team members during strategic meetings. You also help strengthen the firm's reputation by actively participating in external events.
• Patent Engineer, you are also specialized in a field of Biology and you will also work with varied clients both in terms of size and typology in order to assist them in obtaining, maintaining and exploiting or defending their patents.

What if you are the ideal candidate for this position?

You have a higher education in engineering and/ormedicine, are an industrial property consultant and European attorney, and haveexperience in team management. You are fluent in English.
