Job Description:

Specialty: General Dentist - Locums to Perm only

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9a-4p

Work Details: Must be comfortable with all bread and butter general dentistry. Must be able to see all ages. Required: BLS CPR Medicaid enrollment preferred but not required. Client may consider mileage/lodging while provider is a locum however provider must be interested in taking a permanent position. Locum coverage is to ensure it's a good fit for everyone! Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 09:00 - 16:00

1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)

Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
