LCDC- Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor

Description:

This position will maintain current electronic documentation, and meet productivity levels and fiscal responsibility and viability. Direct services include: Program delivery in individual, group, family, and education formats; clinical substance use assessment, recovery plan development and occasional crisis intervention. Delivers Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services to an assigned caseload in a clinical setting. Will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary teams that could include their case manager and community resource contacts. Maintains client caseload in an outpatient setting. Facilitates psycho-education classes, group therapy, support groups, and individual counseling. Inputs clinical documentation into case management systems and case files in a timely manner for all services rendered with or on behalf of clients. Licensure as a Chemical Dependency Counselor required.

Salary: $17.00 - $24.00 Hourly (depending on qualifications)

Work hours: Mon-Thurs: 9AM - 8PM.

Qualifications:

Must hold a current Texas license as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) or Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDC-I) and maintain the license in good standing with all applicable state regulations.
