Job Title: Provider Enrolemnt/ Inbound Call Center Representative – Healthcare

Location: Austin, TX (On-site only – Local Candidates Preferred)

Schedule: Must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday – Friday)



Job Summary:

  • We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Health & Public Services (H&PS) team as Contact Center Representatives. This role is focused on delivering excellent customer service to Medicaid providers and clients by handling inquiries related to eligibility, medical claims status, and program-specific questions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to inbound inquiries via phone.
  • Assist Medicaid providers and clients with eligibility verification, claim status updates, and program details.
  • Log and document all interactions clearly and concisely in the appropriate systems.
  • Escalate or transfer calls to specialized units as required.
  • Meet individual performance and quality standards, including attendance, call handling, and documentation accuracy.
  • Remain flexible for shift assignments; no schedule changes allowed in the first 90 days.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months recent experience in a high-volume inbound contact center/call center (must be verifiable on resume).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured environment and maintain performance metrics.
