Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. The Assistant Store Manager will help ensure the store meets its sales goals, delivers excellent customer service, and maintains operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
2. Support and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
3. Help with the training, development, and supervision of store staff.
4. Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
5. Assist in inventory management, including stock audits and replenishment.
6. Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner.
7. Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.
8. Monitor sales performance and help in developing strategies to improve sales.
9. Assist in scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks.
10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
11. A valid Driver's License is required.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Ability to assist in achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
7. High school diploma or equivalent.
