Inergroup is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Maintenance Planner job in TX. As our Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facility and equipment are constantly in great condition, enabling us to meet production goals and provide our customers with the high-quality products they deserve. You will work hand-in-hand with our maintenance team to coordinate repair and preventive maintenance schedules, optimize downtime, and troubleshoot machinery issues as they arise.
Salary
Annual salary starting at $70,000 and great benefits available.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance planning role in an industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and related repair and maintenance procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a complex schedule
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment in our facility
- Coordinate repair schedules with maintenance technicians
- Monitor work order backlog, assign work orders, and prioritize tasks to ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally at all times
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance activities to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Foster strong relationships with equipment vendors to ensure timely delivery of replacement parts and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve production processes and reduce downtime
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and communicate findings to management
