**GENERAL SUMMARY:**

Accountable for the assurance that all raw materials/packaging inventories are accounted for accurately in the warehouse and production supply areas. Ensure that process orders are consuming materials as required by the bill of materials. Works as a liaison between receiving, production and finished product warehouse.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* 35% - Monitor and resolve COGI errors to assure correct consumption of materials and their costs. This includes giving direction to the cycle counters for the products to count both in the production supply areas and warehouse.

* 25% - Manage and facilitate targeted production supply area reconciliations daily.

* 20% - Manage and facilitate entire production supply area reconciliations at end of week.

* 10% - Create and change process orders as needed by production, planning or purchasing due to equipment failures, material issues or customer needs.

* 10% - Monitor and troubleshoot SAP, MiniMIINT and cWMS interface activity.

**COMPLEXITY AND SCOPE:**

* Resolve discrepancies between physical and book balances of PSAs and warehouse storage locations.

* Initially will manage packaging inventories but will eventually expand knowledge to include ingredients, also.

* Self- motivated for zero-error tolerance.

* Ability to improvise quickly in work-around situations with a sense of urgency.

* Must be able to deal with uncertainty and ever-changing work priorities.

* Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

**MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:**

High School Diploma/GED Required; Associates Degree preferred

**MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**

3 Years in manufacturing/inventory management

**OTHER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED:**

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel

* SAP experience preferred

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Extremely detail oriented

**% OF TRAVEL REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:**

**WORK ENVIRONMENT:**

25% manufacturing environment with appropriate PPE; 75% office environment with appropriate lighting and limited noise.
